How do I return a product if I have changed my mind?
If you change your mind on an item:
To qualify for a change of mind refund, the item being returned must be fit for resale.
This means that all labels, packaging, and contents must be fully intact.
The item must also be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (Receipt, Lidl Plus digital receipt, or bank statement) and be within 28 days of purchase to be accepted in store.
Items excluded from our change of mind policy include:
• Cold chain items (Freezer, Chiller, Meat, Poultry & Fish)
• Clearance items (including but not limited to items with a 30% off/orange sticker)
• Fresh items (Plants, Flowers, Fruit & Vegetables)
• Underwear
• Media items, if opened
• Petrol items, if opened
• Power washers, if opened
• Gift Cards

How do I return a faulty item?
If you experience a fault with an item:
Most items can be returned to our store within 60 days if a fault occurs with the item.
The item must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (Receipt, Lidl Plus digital receipt, or bank statement) and be within 60 days of purchase to be accepted in store.
Items excluded from our faulty returns policy include:
• Media items (Laptops, PCs, TVs etc)
• Petrol items
• Power washers
• Gift cards (Customer should contact the provider (eg. Spotify, etc)
If you have an item on the list above, please get in touch with Customer Service to discuss a repair or replacement. They will get you in touch with one of our Service Partners to discuss a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not available, you will be entitled to a refund.
